Relationship - Actress Mo Bewa Urges Women To Refrain From Exerting Pressure On Men
Actress Omobewaji Oyediji, popularly known as Mo Bewa, has urged women to refrain from pressuring men in relationships.
She expressed concern over the mindset of Nigerian women who view relationships as a means to make money, evaluating men based on their financial status before accepting them. Once in a relationship, these women then burden men with their financial responsibilities.
Mo Bewa recently shared a video on social media, condemning women who put financial pressure on men.
According to PUNCH, when asked about the motivation behind the video, she explained that she was tired of constantly coming across podcasts and social media posts where women claimed they couldn't do certain things for a man.
She believes this mindset is selfish and prevalent among a significant number of women, who believe that a man must have a certain amount of money before he can be genuinely loved. Mo Bewa expressed her disapproval of this war on the male gender, which she feels is happening in this generation.
The actress emphasized that she believes in fully immersing herself in her roles, but there are limits she cannot cross, particularly when it comes to sensual scenes. While she strives to portray her characters convincingly, she draws the line at nudity as it goes against her personal beliefs and principles.
Mo Bewa also revealed her recent venture into the fashion industry with Bewa Richards, a fashion outlet for men. This endeavor stems from her long-standing passion for fashion and styling.
