Four Die In A Tragic Rroad Accident In Imo

The tragic accident that took place on Friday along the Owerri-Onitsha Express Road has resulted in the loss of four lives. 

According to Henry Okoye, the Imo State Police Public Relations Officer. Okoye shared this information on his X handle on Friday.

In his post, Okoye stated that the accident was avoidable and occurred due to the recklessness of the truck driver. He also mentioned that four individuals have been confirmed dead, while the injured victims are currently receiving treatment.

Okoye emphasized the importance of exercising caution while driving on the highway, urging everyone to observe the speed limit and avoid overloading. 

He concluded his message by wishing the injured victims a speedy recovery and expressing his condolences to the families of the deceased.
