Millions of women and girls across the world continue to face significant barriers in accessing lifesaving HPV vaccines, screening services and treatment options that could drastically reduce the risk of cervical cancer. This persistent gap in preventive healthcare has raised renewed alarm within the global health community. Cervical cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths among women, particularly in low and middle income nations where access to routine screening is extremely limited. Health specialists note that the disease is almost entirely preventable through timely vaccination and early detection.
