Napoli rejects Chelsea's proposal of including Lukaku and cash in exchange for Osimhen

Napoli have turned down Chelsea's offer for Victor Osimhen, according to Napoli Magazine. 

The English Premier League side proposed a deal that included Romelu Lukaku and cash in an attempt to lure Napoli into selling their star striker.

However, the Serie A champions rejected the offer. Chelsea, along with Arsenal, have been strongly linked with Osimhen as they both seek to strengthen their attacking options. 

Despite Napoli's refusal, it is expected that Chelsea will make another bid for the Nigerian forward, as they face competition from Paris Saint Germain, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Real Madrid. PSG, in particular, are reportedly leading the race for Osimhen's signature.
