A cameraman has filed a lawsuit against Megan Thee Stallion, alleging harassment during a car ride on a holiday trip.
According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Megan Thee Stallion allegedly made her cameraman, Emilio Garcia, watch her engage in sexual activity in a moving car while they were on the Spanish holiday island of Ibiza.
The lawsuit claims that this incident was part of a larger pattern of harassment, which also included fat-shaming directed towards Garcia.
Garcia's lawyer, Ron Zambrano, stated that it was inappropriate to subject his client to such a situation and that exposing this behavior to employees is undoubtedly illegal.
The lawsuit further alleges that the incident occurred in June of 2022 while Garcia was on tour with Megan Thee Stallion, working as her personal photographer.
The suit emphasizes that Garcia was unable to leave the car as it was in motion and they were in an unfamiliar foreign country.
Throughout the entire ordeal, Garcia felt embarrassed, humiliated, and deeply offended. The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
