WWE Star Sheamus Fires Back At Critics Ridiculing His Weight With Simple Response

WWE Super Star Sheamus has fires back at his critics rediculing his weight after making a comeback to the WWE on Monday Night Raw. 

The Irish wrestler has been showcasing his skills in the wrestling ring for a remarkable two decades. Since joining the WWE in 2009., He quickly rose to become a champion, securing a total of four world championship titles and numerous other impressive victories. However, despite his achievements in professional wrestling, some fans believe that he has lost his touch.

In the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, the Irish sensation made his return to the WWE and triumphantly defeated Viking Raiders member Ivar. Yet, after the match, certain fans took to the internet not to critique his performance, but rather his physical appearance. One individual on X wrote, "Sheamus got fat, bro," while another commented, "Sheamus looks a bit overweight. Hope she sheds a few soon."

Nevertheless, Sheamus himself remained unfazed by the criticism. In response to the weight-related jokes, he simply stated on X, "I'm just big-boned."

Fortunately, Sheamus had a legion of online fans who came to his defense.

"I find it utterly ridiculous that people are fat-shaming Sheamus," one person expressed. "If anyone has earned the right to have a late-stage Don Muraco era physique or even resemble a full Adrian Adonis, it's Sheamus. In fact, he could devour a meatball sub, or whatever the Irish equivalent may be, during a match, and no one should question it."

Another individual highlighted the unrealistic expectations placed on people, particularly athletes, regarding their physical appearance. "Sheamus is 46 years old and has dealt with back and neck problems. He could resort to testosterone replacement therapy to regain his shape, but contrary to popular belief influenced by wrestling, bodybuilding, and Hollywood standards, having zero-percent body fat is not a healthy physique," they explained. "Sheamus is looking great."

Others pointed out that many of the critics themselves may not be in the best physical condition. "A lot of you on here are severely overweight and just one burger away from a heart attack, yet you have the audacity to fat-shame Sheamus," one X user astutely observed.

It's seems Sheamus is not bothered with his critics, as he prepared to face other big guns in the industry.
