The 28-year-old Ghanaian player dies after  tragically collapsing during an Albanian Superliga game between FK Egnatia and KF Partizani. All efforts to revive him by medical emergency personnel on the scene prove abortive. Medical reports reveals, Rapheal was playing with a heart implantable Cardioverter-Defilbrililator, a complication that  made Doctors  to advise the promising striker to retire in 2021. For the passion of the game, Raphael ignored the medic advice and continue playing till Saturday when he lost his life. The former Red Bull Salzburg academy player, who won nine caps for Ghana between 2017 and 2018, was stretchered off the field midway into the second and despite attempts to resuscitate him, he was later pronounced dead. According to DW TV ," Dwamena's career was held back by a heart condition that was first diagnosed in 2017.
