Zulu Adigwe, a veteran Nollywood actor known for his role as Mr. B in the soap opera Basi and Company, has passed away.
The news was confirmed by movie producer Stanley Nwoko on Instagram.
The cause of his death is yet to be determined. Adigwe recently portrayed Pascal Nworie in Ramsey Nouah's remake of Living in Bondage despite not initially studying Theatre.
He later pursued Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan after returning to Nigeria from Austria.
Throughout his career, Adigwe appeared in various Nollywood films such as Blood of the Orphan, Blood Diamonds, Face of a Liar, Unforgettable, Issakaba, and Forbidden Land.
Zulu Adigwe has become a part of the esteemed group of veteran actors who have sadly departed the industry in 2024, alongside renowned figures such as Mr Ibu, Junior Pope, and other exceptional talents.
