Sean “Diddy” Combs, the U.S. rapper, is currently embroiled in a fresh legal dispute after his former producer accused him of coercing him, Meek Mill, and other artists into engaging in inappropriate activities with him in return for Grammy nominations and awards.

The producer claimed that he was compelled to witness Diddy taking showers behind his glass door bathroom and was given drinks spiked with cocaine and other substances to manipulate him into complying with Diddy's demands.

The lawsuit alleged that Mr. Combs assured the producer that he would secure him the producer of the year award at the Grammys if he participated in the activities.

In 2020, Burna Boy, the award-winning Afrobeats artist from Nigeria, revealed that Diddy was one of the executive producers for his album 'Twice As Tall.' This album went on to earn Burna Boy his first Grammy award in 2021.

Additionally, Burna Boy was invited to perform at the premiere ceremony of the Grammy awards in 2021.

Diddy expressed his pride in producing Burna Boy's Grammy-winning album 'Twice As Tall' in a post in September 2023, commending Burna Boy for his contribution to the track 'Interlude.'

The SANDAWE Ttribe

The SANDAWE tribe, consisting of approximately 60,000 individuals, resides in the north-central region of Tanzania. They are one of the few remaining groups that can trace their origins back to an ancient race of people who once inhabited various parts of Africa.

The San, who were referred to as Bushmen by the Dutch in South Africa, were the earliest known inhabitants of the Rift Valley. The Sandawe, in comparison to the neighboring tribes, exhibit distinct racial characteristics. They possess lighter skin tone and have a smaller stature, with hair that resembles the twisted locks of the Bushmen, often referred to as peppercorn hair.

Similar to the Bushmen, the Sandawe also have the epicanthic fold of the eyelid, a feature commonly found among East Asian populations. The Sandawe language is tonal and incorporates click consonants, similar to the Khoe languages spoken in southern Africa.

In Eastern Africa, the Hadzapi, who reside in northern Tanzania, are the only other indigenous group that still speaks a Khoisan language.

Aid Worker Rescues Abandoned Toddler Accused of Witchcraft

A Danish aid worker in Africa, Anja Ringgren Loven, has rescued a one-year-old girl who was reportedly accused of witchcraft and left to die in a bush in Akwa Ibom State., Nigeria.

 Loven, who is the founder of the charity organisation, Land of Hope, shared this information on her Facebook account. She received a call to rescue the little girl who was in a critical condition. 

Nsidibe Orok, the Land of Hope Director of Child Development, accompanied the rescue team to the location. Orok was shocked to see the girl in a near-death situation. The girl, who is around one year and a few months old, had been abandoned. 

It is common for children to be  accused of being witches and they are left to die in bushes. Fortunately, the girl is now safe at Land of Hope foundation.

 In 2018, Lovén gained national attention when she saved a starving Nigerian toddler who had been disowned by his family for being a witch.  The child grew Healthier and stronger after few years in the care of Loven. 

Bobrisky's 'Best Dressed Female' Award is simply a joke - Eniola Ajao

Eniola Ajao, a prominent Nollywood actress and filmmaker, clarified that the decision to award cross-dresser Bobrisky the Best Dressed Female Award was made in jest. 

During an interview with Arise TV host Kachi, Ajao expressed regret to Nigerians, explaining that the award was intended to generate buzz for her movie, 'Ajakaju.'

Ajao emphasized, "It was all in good fun. Our aim was to spark conversation and ensure that the film receives widespread attention.

"I have taken it upon myself to safeguard the reputations of many individuals, often single-handedly, without assistance. I pondered, 'How can we generate buzz for this film?' and we opted to present the award to Bob, a figure known for stirring controversy.

Suspended Spanish football chief Luis Rubiales faces two-and-a-half years in jail over Hermoso kiss

Spanish prosecutors are pushing for the imprisonment of former football chief Luis Rubiales for two-and-a-half years due to an incident where he forcibly kissed a female player on the lips. 

According to UK Telegraph, the Prosecutors are also seeking compensation of at least €50,000 for Spanish midfielder Jenni Hermoso. The incident occurred after Spain's victory over England in the Women's World Cup final, where Mr. Rubiales held Hermoso's head and kissed her without her consent. 

This act was captured by cameras and led to his suspension by Fifa. Despite initially claiming it was consensual, Hermoso stated otherwise. 

The prosecutors argue that this non-consensual kiss constitutes sexual assault under Spanish law. Additionally, they claim that Mr. Rubiales and his team pressured Hermoso to publicly justify the kiss as consensual, causing her significant anxiety and stress. The prosecutors are requesting a one-year prison sentence for the kiss and an 18-month sentence for coercion.

Three individuals who used to work with him are currently facing trial for allegedly pressuring Hermoso. These individuals include Jorge Vilda, the former coach of the women's team, Albert Luque, the director of the men's team, and Ruben Rivera, the marketing boss of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol.

The prosecutors are seeking €50,000 from Rubiales as compensation for the kiss, and they have also requested that he and the other three defendants collectively pay Hermoso €50,000 for the coercion charge.

It remains uncertain whether, in the event of a successful prosecution, the amount would be divided equally among the defendants.

After the world cip, Hermoso filed a lawsuit against Mr. Rubiales, stating that she had been pressured to defend him during the flight back from Australia and on a subsequent team holiday to Ibiza in the Balearic Islands.

Moment An American Divers Save 15-Meter, 8-Ton Humpback Whale Trapped in Fishing Net”.SH

An extraordinary rescue mission unfolded as American divers successfully saved a massive humpback whale that had become ensnared in an illegal fishing net. The incident took place off the coast of Mallorca Island, Spain, where the 12-meter-long whale was discovered trapped and in distress.

On May 20th, local divers swiftly responded to the distress call and embarked on a daring operation to free the entangled creature. The humpback whale was found approximately 3 miles away from Mallorca Island, tightly entwined in a red-colored illegal drifting net. The severity of the entanglement prevented the whale from opening its mouth and left it severely weakened.

Remarkably, this is not the first time a humpback whale has been discovered near the Balearic Islands. The Palma de Mallorca's Aquarium, a local marine rescue center, promptly dispatched divers to the scene to aid in the rescue efforts.

Spanish divers from the Albatros and Skualo centers collaborated in a courageous endeavor to liberate the trapped humpback whale. Despite initial attempts from a boat to remove the net proving unsuccessful, the divers fearlessly plunged into the sea armed with knives. In a risky operation lasting 45 minutes, they skillfully cut away the net, setting the whale free.

Marine biologist Gigi Torras, one of the divers involved in the rescue, expressed her awe at the incredible feat. She shared, "The rescue was truly remarkable and beyond belief. Initially, the whale displayed signs of anxiety, which is understandable. However, it soon realized that we were there to assist, and it began to relax. As we carefully removed the net from its mouth, the whale actively cooperated, twisting and turning in an effort to swim away as quickly as possible."

Torras, aged 32, also noted that the whale remained in the presence of the four divers for a brief period, gradually regaining strength before gracefully swimming away. She interpreted the whale's body language as a gesture of gratitude before its departure.

Drifting nets, often referred to as "walls of death," inadvertently cause the demise of numerous marine creatures. These fishing gears have been prohibited by the United Nations for the past three decades."

65-year-old British skier dies on holiday in France after smashing into tree

A 65-year-old British Skier has lost his life on Tuesday after violently smashing into a tree at the French ski resort of Avoriaz in Morzine.

It was reported the Skier was on a high speed when he left the piste and collided with a nearby tree. He was pronounced death at the spot when the local authorities got to the scene.

Avoriaz is situated among 12 other ski resorts in the expansive Portes du Soleil region, spanning both France and Switzerland. It is a favored destination for those who enjoy alpine activities.

Another British skier also died after descending the “Swiss Wall” route in the Portes du Soleil area near Avoriaz in February. The skier, aged 47, lost control and fell down the side of the mountain, resulting in his death being confirmed at the scene.

According to CBI news, a 30-year-old Briton died following a heavy fall at the Serre Chevalier resort the week before.

He was pronounced dead after being taken to Grenoble University Hospital.

Ski resort boss Patrick Arnaud said: “The victim was discovered by a patroller who immediately raised the alarm.”

He added: “Joined by several other trackers, they provided first aid. All the ski area teams are affected by this tragedy and all our thoughts are with the family.”

Baltimore Bridge Destroyed By US Cargo Ship, Six Missing And Two Rescued

Six individuals are unaccounted for, while two have been successfully rescued following the destruction of a Baltimore bridge by a US cargo ship on March 26, 2024.

A container ship lost power and rammed into a major bridge in Baltimore early Tuesday, causing it to snap and plunge into the river below. Several vehicles fell into the chilly waters, and rescuers are searching for survivors, according to the punch.

Six people are reportly missing and two already rescued as search continues throughout the early hours of Wednesday. The collision occurred during the late hours of the night, well before the bustling morning rush hour on the bridge.

Before the crash, the crew had issued a distressed call to the authorities, which enabled them to limit vehicle traffic on the span and also reduced the number of casualty that could have occurred, Maryland’s governor said.. 

The ship struck one of the bridge’s supports, causing the structure to collapse like a toy. The vessel caught fire, and thick, black smoke billowed out of it.

With the ship barreling toward the bridge at “a very, very rapid speed,” authorities had just enough time to stop cars from coming over the bridge, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore said.

“These people are heroes,” Moore said. “They saved lives last night.”

The crash happened in the middle of the night, long before the busy morning commute on the bridge that stretches 1.6 miles (2.6 km) and was used by 12 million vehicles last year.

The six people still unaccounted for were part of a construction crew filling potholes on the bridge, said Paul Wiedefeld, the state’s transportation secretary.

A senior executive at the company that employed the construction workers said Tuesday afternoon that they were presumed dead, given the water’s depth and the length of time since the crash, AP gathered.

Moment Baby Hippo Mistakenly Thinks A Giant 12-Meter-Long Crocodile Is Its Mother, Making Tourists’ Hearts Stop Beating

Sometimes, happenings in the wild can make tourists begin to wonder how things unfold in the wilderness. This is one of the jaw dropping scene captured at the riverbank of Kenya's popular Mara River, were a baby hippo was seen lying very close to the head of a giant 12-metre-long crocodile, thinking it was it mother.

The tourists who were on a holiday tour at the river captured the scene and shared it on social media. According to the tourist, he was busy observing the beauty of the river birds, when his friend called his attention to something unusual. His friend said, "Come! Come! You won’t believe this.” My friend pulled me to the edge of the bluff above Kenya’s Mara river. My breath caught in my throat. On the opposite shore of the river a baby hippo sniffed around a massive 12’ crocodile. Riveted, we feared the worst.

In Africa, Hippos and Crocodile coexist in most rivers, but due to the territorial and aggressive nature of Hippos, crocodiles don't go close to these aggressive marine beast and they also do everything possible to avoid them. In the other hand, crocodile’s menacing teeth dripped from his overbite, a matching row rising up along his lower jaw. African Crocodiles have the strongest bite of any animal, capable of 5,000 pounds per square inch! They are lurkers, hunkering down in the muddy water waiting for unsuspecting prey to come to drink or cross the river, making this large reptiles very dangerous. Sometimes they haul themselves out along the riverbank often opening their mouths to cool their crenelated bodies under the tropical sun.

The baby Hippos wonders out of the river without the mother, and was seen going towards the giant reptile that was resting along the riverbank. The crocodile shifted and stretched out full length in the sun, it’s evil smile frozen in place while the baby hippo explored its entire body. Finally, the Littlest Hippo returned to the head of the crocodile and with a sigh, lay down and snuggled into the beast’s embrace.“No! No! No!” I telepathically messaged the hippo. The hippo paid me no mind and promptly went to sleep", said the tourist.

After spending sometimes together, the big reptile moved away from the baby hippo and dive into the river leaving the toddler all by itself, hopefully the mother will come soon. 

The narrative unfolded as a vivid example of harmonious relationships. In light of the current division among individuals, I am convinced that the Littlest Hippo and the Crocodile showcased that peace and security can indeed exist among people

Mountain Lion attack two brothers, killing one and leaving the other seriously injured

Two brothers  (Name withheld) were brutally attacked by a wondering mountain lion in the Northern California wood on the 23rd of March, 2024. 

According to BBC News "Authorities arrived on the scene and located the injured 18-year-old before finding the older brother 21, who was on the ground near the mountain lion. The Sherrif's Office reports their deputies shot in the air to scare away the mountain lion and rushed in to administer medical aid. However, they found the young man had succumbed to his injuries."

The young brothers aged 18 and 21 respectively were on a weekend outing on the Northern California wood before they came across a mountain lion that was also wondering around in the wood. According to BBC News "the attack unfold while the siblings were out searching for shed deer antlers near the El Dorado National Forest, about 52 miles northeast of Sacramento, authorities said."

The California Department of Fish, and Wildlife, the El Dorado County Trappe also reported that all efforts to safe the life of the 21-year-old failed as wounds from the bits of the wild cat was so deep, which resulted in internal organ damage and lost of blood  But the younger brother is still alive with traumatic injuries to the face. He is still receiving treatment at the hospital.

Mountain Lions also known as Puma are large cast of the North America. Puma attack on humans are rare, the authorities said "This was the first fatal attack by a puma in the state in 20 years.

MARRIED WOMAN ARRESTED FOR FAKING HER OWN KIDNAP, SHARED THE RAMSOM WITH HER BOYFRIEND

A Married woman, Rosemary Ubah, has been arrested for faking her own kidnap and shared the ramsom collected with her boyfriend. 

The Woman who left home on the 11th March, 2024, at about 19:40 local time in Abuja, Nigeria, was reported to the police by her husband, Mr Chiedozie Ubah, at the Saburi II Dei-dei, gwa gwa Police division that his pregnant wife, Rosemary Ubah, left home to the hospital on same date for a scan but did not return home.

According to Mr Ubahl, "he received a call through his wife's phone number telling him that his wife had been kidnapped and demanded for two (2) million naira ransom before her release, and he was instructed not to report to the police "

Mr Ubeh transferred the sum of two million naira into his wife's account as instructed by the  kidnappers.

He later brought his wife to the station after her release. During interrogation, the wife freely confessed to have conspired with one Mr. Walter Ezeala  living in the same street with them at Saburi to extort money from her husband.

The said Walter was arrested and he confessed that his own share was eight hundred thousand (N800,000) naira and the lady took one million two hundred thousand naira (N1,200,000). 

The sum of Seven hundred and ninety three thousand five hundred naira (N793,500) cash, two FCMB ATM cards and two android phones were recovered from them.

Suspects will be charged to court soon.

The head of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Francis, at the Vertican City has sent his

words  to people around the world to priotized happiness more, rather than paying more attention to the different challenges  facing humanity.

In his address to the congregatiion at the St Peters Basilica in Rome, he said " In a world were there seems to be no love anymore, there are many people who still appreciates, admires and love you, but you don't know" At the moment, there are too much crises, and pains around the world, most countries are in their toughest time, ranging from Russia Ukraine war to Israel Amas conflict. The Pope out of ordinary has sents his words to these people as a comfort and to rekindle there hope again.

The  Pope words is something out of the ordinary, he said “You may be flawed, anxious and sometimes irritated, but remember that your life is the biggest business in the world. ”

Only you can stop them from declining."

Do Mermaid Exist?

Mermaid is an aquatic mystical creature with the head and upper body of a female human and the tail of a fish, though many believes the creature is associated with females alone, but some scholars also believed that there are also male marmaid which are refered to as merman. Mermaids appear in the folklore of many cultures worldwide, including Europe, Asia, and Africa and in some part of America.

Despite the believe that male mermaid exist,  they are generally assumed to co-exist with their female counterparts. The male and the female collectively are sometimes referred to as merfolk or merpeople. In most African folktales, Hollywood movies, and other areas that portraits the existence of mermaid, they always makes the mermaid appear to exist only as women. These mystical marine  creatures are portraits as extremely beautiful women which is believe to sometimes have strong love relationship with humans. But the real question is " Do marmaid really exist?"

According to the book Mermaids of Earth, "The first appearance of mermaids in human culture seems to have occurred about 1000 BC in Assyria (roughly equivalent to present-day Syria plus the northern area of Iraq). In the mythology of Assyria the beautiful fertility goddess Atargatis became a mermaid after casting herself into a lake"

Western history made it clear that, the conception of mermaids in the West may have been influenced by the Sirens of Greek mythology, which were originally half-birdlike, but came to be pictured as half-fishlike in the Christian era. Historical accounts of mermaids, such as those reported by Christopher Columbus during his exploration of the Caribbean, may have been sightings of manatees or similar aquatic mammals. While there is no evidence that mermaids exist outside folklore, reports of mermaid sightings continue to the present day.

In Africa, there are many reported cases of Mermaids disturbing construction company during the construtions of bridges, which most times these companies will have to call on spiritual daitys for sacrifices to appeace the mermaid. But funny enough none off these construction companies has ever come up with such reports and the stories can only be taking to be one of those mermaid stories. In African churches, people having been confessing of having spiritual love relationship with mermaid spirits during deliverance session, but since there is no physical evidence of the presence of mermaid in all these stories, the existence of mermaid still remains mystery.

While there is no evidence that mermaids exist outside folklore, reports of mermaid sightings continue to the present day.

Baby Momkey Clings To Its Dead Mother As Leopard Clamps Her Lifeless Body In Its Jaws

The African Forest is on place most people around the world will like to visit during vacations. But as beautiful as this natural preserved Paradise can be, it's comes with its own cruel and other negetuve side  that many wouldn't want to experience. A photo footage of a Leopard carry a lifeless body of a mother monkey with her baby still on her bag is one of the cruelty that is associated to most African National Parks.

This is the awful moment a defenseless baby monkey clung to its deceased mother as her lifeless body dangled from the lips of a leopard. Despite putting itself in grave danger, the tiny vervet monkey refused to let go of its mother after the predator pounced at Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park. During the hunt on October 14, the leopards, headed by a female named Olimba, also k.il.l.ed the juvenile.

Wildlife photographer Shafeeq Mulla from Chipata, Zambia, captured the heartbreaking scene on video, saying, ‘Nature is not always lovely, and this picture surely tells us the brutal truth of life.’ Animals must perish in order for others to survive in order for the environment to be sustained.’ This is the awful moment a defenseless baby monkey clung to its deceased mother as her lifeless body dangled from the lips of a leopard.

After the predator attacked at the  Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park, the small vervet monkey refused to let go of its parents. Despite the danger it was putting itself in by clinging to its mother, the young monkey refused to let go and was finally murdered by the  leopard after her mother's body was taken to a tree top. No doubt the baby was naive , and may not know the danger he was, but the seen was not part of what the viewers would have love to see.  It is nature, and they can't interfere.

Woman Marries Her Physically Challenged Lover

A beautiful young woman in Nigeria, Emem Effiong and her physically challenged lover, Innocent Ntia, have  married in Uyo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

The bride who goes by the name Uyai Innocent on Facebook shared pictures of the wedding late Wednesday with the caption, "Thank God it ended in praise".

"Our deepest appreciation to Her Excellency, the wife of the Governor, Pastor Mrs Patience Umo Eno, that was ably represented by wives of five LGA transition committee chairmen. Mummy, Thank you for honouring us, God bless you." 

According to the invite posted on her Facebook page, the wedding was held on Saturday, December 9, at Christ The King Cathedral in Uyo., Nigeria.

Reposting the pictures of the couple, one Cynthia Adinnu wrote, "Oh wow! Congratulations my dear brother Innocent Ntia.  

"Happiness is understatement for me to describe how excited I'm celebrating these two love birds. My prayers are for unusual enlargement as you start this beautiful journey together. 

"The year 2023 birthed so many beautiful marriages in the disability community, changing the narrative is a goal. I'm positive and prayerful that 2024 will have more  warriors walk to the altar. Once more, accept my

Woman Received 7-months and 3-weeks Sentence for Ignoring Highway Pedestrian Bridge

A 22-year-old Nigerian woman, Fasia Ajoke, received a sentence of seven months and three weeks in prison from the Special Offences Court at Bolade-Oshodi, Lagos State, for attacking a female officer of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps while she was on duty.

The Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, shared this information on his social media account on Thursday. Wahab mentioned that Ajoke was also found guilty of resisting arrest and ignoring the pedestrian bridge, which is against the Law of the State.

In his post, The Commissioner stated, "Today, the Special Offences Court at Bolade-Oshodi sentenced a 22-year-old woman, Fasia Ajoke, to seven months and three weeks in prison for assaulting a female operative of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI) #LAGESCOfficial while she was on lawful duty, resisting lawful arrest, and failing to use the Ile-Epo pedestrian bridge, thereby putting her life at risk. "She was brought before Chief Magistrate S.A Adefioye of the Lagos State Special Offences (Mobile Court), Bolade-Oshodi on charges related to behaving in a manner likely to disturb the peace, obstructing, and causing a disturbance by crossing the highway."

The commissioner called on residents to refrain from attacking environmental officers and to prioritize the use of pedestrian bridges. He emphasized, "We urge all law-abiding Lagosians to avoid assaulting our environmental officers and to utilize pedestrian bridges as the state will take legal action against anyone caught violating the law." According to PUNCH Newspaper,  the Lagos State Government apprehended seven troublemakers for allegedly assaulting environmental officials during the demolition of shanties and unauthorized structures in Jakande Estate. In February, the government warned that crossing major highways in the state on foot is illegal, and any violators will face prosecution.

Alligator Found Wondering Around Residential Area

A giant Alligator has been sighted wondering around people's resident in Bluffon SC, a town in South Carolina, United State.

The footage which capture the gator wondering about in the  neighborhood shows the huge size of the reptile and how it  navigates it way on the road and on field as if it was aiming at something.

The photos was uploaded on a Facebook page, "The view from my window" by Candace Lynn Wiessman with the caption, "It’s mating season in Bluffton SC,  My house is behind the bushes with the light brown roof.  So close!." The caption of Wiessman already revealed that the wondering about of gator in their neighborhood is not strange to them at this particular time of the year.

According to National Geographic Wild, American alligators are most active and aggressive during alligator mating season, which lasts from April to June. Male gators are on the prowl for a female and can have a home range of over 1,000 acres during the mating season. This behavior will always lead this giant lizards into people's home.
